What data we process and why
This website has no forms and no analytics, and it does not collect any data about you. The guide is sold on Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., United States), which acts as the seller: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and processes your purchase data under its own privacy policy. In its dashboard we see the buyer's name, email and country, only so we can help you if you write to us about your purchase: we do not download them or use them to send you anything.
Who it is shared with
To no one, unless required by law. Two companies process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which hosts the website and may process technical connection data, and Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC), which runs our email and stores the messages you send us. Both are in the United States. Cloudflare takes part in the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to take it with you, by writing to hola@guide72.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your country.
