Terms of use of the guide

Version 0.2, 30 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the guide Ready in 7 Days, written by Victor Manuel Pose Murga (full details in the legal notice). You buy it on pending: payment platform, which acts as the seller, takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies its own terms of sale. By buying you also accept these terms, in the version published at that time.

1. What you buy

A PDF guide to print and fill in, in the edition for the country you choose. The price is the one shown when you buy, taxes included. The download is available as soon as the payment is complete.

2. What you can do with it

It is for your personal use and your household: you can keep it on your devices and print as many copies as your family needs. You may not share the file, upload it to the internet, resell it or use its content in other products.

3. No refunds

The guide can be downloaded as soon as you pay, so the money is not refunded if you change your mind. Before paying, the platform asks you to agree that the download starts straight away and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If the file does not open or is not the guide described on the website, write to me and I will replace it or refund you.

4. What the guide is and what it is not

The guide gives general information to prepare a home for a power cut or an emergency, based on official sources cited in it. It does not replace the instructions of the authorities or the emergency services: if they say otherwise, do what they say. It is not medical advice. Dates and figures are reviewed regularly, but official recommendations can change.

5. Liability

I am responsible for the guide being as described on the website. Beyond that, my liability is limited to the price paid, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in any other case where the law does not allow it to be limited.

6. Applicable law

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights that the law of your country gives you if you buy as a consumer. You can write to me at hola@guide72.com.
