Terms of use of the guide
Version 1.0, 2 November 2026
These terms govern the use of the guide Ready in 7 Days, written by Victor Manuel Pose Murga (full details in the legal notice). The guide is sold on Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., United States), which acts as the seller: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and applies its own terms of sale. By buying you also accept these terms, in the version published at that time.
1. What you buy
A PDF guide to print and fill in, in the edition for the country you choose. In the European Union, the website shows the price with VAT, as a range because the VAT on ebooks depends on your country. In the United States, the price on the website is before sales tax. In the United Kingdom, ebooks pay no VAT. In every case, Gumroad applies the tax of your country, if any, and shows you the total before you pay. The download is available as soon as the payment is complete.
2. What you can do with it
It is for your personal use and your household: you can keep it on your devices and print as many copies as your family needs. You may not share the file, upload it to the internet, resell it or use its content in other products.
3. No refunds
The guide can be downloaded as soon as you pay, so the money is not refunded if you change your mind. Before paying, Gumroad asks you to agree that the download starts straight away and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal or to cancel, where the law gives you one (in the European Union, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in the United Kingdom, regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If the file does not open or is not the guide described on the website, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.
4. What the guide is and what it is not
The guide gives general information to prepare a home for a power cut or an emergency, based on the sources cited in it, almost all of them official. It does not replace the instructions of the authorities or the emergency services: if they say otherwise, do what they say. It is not medical advice. Dates and figures are reviewed regularly, but official recommendations can change.
5. Liability
We are responsible for the guide being as described on the website. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the price paid, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in any other case where the law does not allow it to be limited.
6. Applicable law
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the rights that the law of your country gives you if you buy as a consumer. You can write to us at hola@guide72.com.
